• WHAT…For the Excessive Heat Warning, dangerously hotconditions with heat index values above 110 degrees expected.
  For the Heat Advisory, heat index values above 105 expected.

• WHERE…Portions of north central and northwest Louisiana, southeast Oklahoma, south central and southwest Arkansas and northeast Texas.

• WHEN…For the Excessive Heat Warning, until 7 PM CDT this evening. For the Heat Advisory, from 1 PM to 7 PM CDT Thursday.

• IMPACTS…Extreme heat and humidity will significantly increase the potential for heat related illnesses,
  particularly for those working or participating in outdoor activities.
