Since joining FB&T in 2016, Jones most recently served as Hope Market President from
2019 to 2025, where he oversaw day-to-day operations and led the lending team for the
Hope and Prescott locations.
A Hope native, Jones is a graduate of Hope High School and earned a bachelor’s
degree from Southern Arkansas University in 2004. He is also a 2021 alum of the
Southwest Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University.
Jones is active in his community, serving on the University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana
Board of Visitors and University of Hope-Texarkana Foundation Board, the Hempstead
County Economic Development Board, and the Hope-Hempstead County Chamber of
Commerce Board as treasurer. He also serves on the Southwest Arkansas Regional
Medical Center Board and is a member of the Hope Kiwanis Club and Bethany Baptist
Church.
