For 2023, eight overall winners were recognized by their peers out of nearly 400 employees, across more than 30 locations in the Farmers Bank & Trust footprint.
The winners were as follows:
· Big HEART Award – Robby Harrison, Commercial Loan Officer, based in Prosper, Texas.
· HEART in a Team Award – FB&T Customer Contact Center, based in Magnolia, Arkansas, and Texarkana, Texas.
· HEART in External Customer Service Award – Megan Stephens, Universal Banker, based in Paris, Texas.
· HEART in Internal Customer Service Award – Denise Tucker, Loan Assistant, based in Magnolia, Arkansas.
· HEART in Leadership Award – Shakyla Henderson, Branch Manager, based in Idabel, Oklahoma.
· HEART in the Community Award (co-winners) - Sharon Payne, Commercial Loan Officer, based in Broken Bow, Oklahoma; and James Bramlett, Market President, based in Texarkana.
· HEART Rookie of the Year Award – Tara Simmons, Customer Contact Center Representative, based in Magnolia, Arkansas.
