FLOOD WATCH ISSUED JULY 7 AT 1:51PM CDT UNTIL JULY 9 AT 3:00PM CDT * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of southwest Arkansas, including the following counties, Hempstead, Howard, Lafayette, Little River, Miller and Sevier, northwest Louisiana, including the following parishes, Bossier, Caddo and De Soto, southeast Oklahoma, including the following county, McCurtain, and Texas, including the following counties, Angelina, Bowie, Camp, Cass, Cherokee, Franklin, Gregg, Harrison, Marion, Morris, Nacogdoches, Panola, Red River, Rusk, Sabine, San Augustine, Shelby, Smith, Titus, Upshur and Wood. * WHEN...From Monday morning through Tuesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
