In Louisiana, Bienville, Bossier, Caddo, Claiborne, De Soto, Lincoln, Natchitoches, Red River, Sabine, Union and Webster. In Texas, Angelina, Bowie, Cass, Gregg, Harrison, Marion, Nacogdoches, Panola, Rusk, Sabine, San Augustine and Shelby.

• WHEN…From 7 AM CDT this morning through Thursday afternoon.

• IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

• Showers and thunderstorms resulting in heavy rainfall can be expected through early Thursday afternoon with rain amounts averaging 2-3 inches and isolated higher totals in excess of 5 inches possible.
