• WHERE…Portions of southwest Arkansas and southeast Oklahoma, including the following counties, in southwest Arkansas, Hempstead, Howard, Little River, Nevada and Sevier. In southeast Oklahoma, McCurtain.

• WHEN…From 6 PM CST this evening through Friday morning.

• IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

• ADDITIONAL DETAILS…

• Multiple rounds of heavy rainfall are possible which could result in rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches with locally
  higher amounts.
