Garland Administration Offices Host Chamber Community Coffee
The Garland Administration Offices (formerly HAPS) hosted the Hope-Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce Community Coffee this morning, welcoming community members, district staff, and local leaders.

A delicious variety of refreshments was served, including sausage balls, sandwich sliders, fruits and vegetables with dips, crackers, and an assortment of sweet treats.

Superintendent Jonathan Crossley welcomed everyone to the event and shared updates about the district’s recent accomplishments

“Our district is doing incredible things,” Crossley said. “We just received notification that 74.9% of our students are graduating high school with a success-ready indicator. That’s higher than Bentonville, Benton, and even the Springdale School of Innovation schools that often get a lot of recognition for those achievements. We’re leading Southwest Arkansas in that category.

I encourage you to stop by any of our campuses, there are wonderful volunteer opportunities everywhere. We’re your public school district, and we love this community. My door is always open.”

The Garland Administration Building currently houses Student Services and the Superintendent’s Office, while the business office remains located downtown.

Hope-Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Christy Burns expressed her appreciation for the district’s hospitality and community engagement.

“The school district continues to be a cornerstone of our community,” Burns said. “Events like this remind us how strong partnerships between our schools, businesses, and residents make Hope an even better place to live and work.”

It was a great turnout as staff and locals gathered to celebrate collaboration and continued progress in the district and the community.
