Genoa came out with some urgency and played a great defensive game, once again holding their opponent under 50 points, on their way to a 55-48 win. 

Peyton Hicks posted a 25-point double-double, with 11 rebounds. Hicks dished out 4 assists, and played great on the defensive end of the floor with 5 blocks and 3 steals. Colten Gideon and Austin Pell each scored 9 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. Jackson Thornsberry added 8 points, 4 rebounds, and 2 steals.
