Garret Memorial defeated SCA 18-5 last week, aided by an excellent pitching performance from Silbi Jones who allowed just 2 hits and struck out 10 batters. Also the offense was firing on all cylinders racking up hits, drawing walks and cashing in for 18 runs. Jaci McKamie and Rose Eskridge each had great at-bats throughout the game, each having multi-hit games. Jocelyn Autry and Bayle Pogue drove in 5 of the runs for the Lady Saints. It was a great team win as they gear up for Senior night Tuesday at 4PM.
