GMCS Volleyball Defeats New Life Christian Academy in Straight Sets
The Volley Saints earned another win to continue their winning ways with a win in straight sets over NLCA. A very close opening set as GMCS would show resilience and find a way to win the first set 25-22. The next 2 sets would go a little more smooth as they won them 25-14 and 25-12. Charity Zumwalt had 6 aces and 4 kills, as Evan Chambless had a team high 7 aces. Mikayla Fields was a force at the net with 6 kills. Gracy Martin had 5 aces and 2 kills, Kynlee Glass added an ace and Silbi Jones had 3 kills and 4 aces. The Volley Saints are back in action Tuesday as they host Nevada. Games beginning at 4:30.

The Jr. Team continued its dominance this season with another victory in straight sets 25-6 and then a close match clinching set 25-23. Heaven Garcia had 3 kills at the net, Laila Santifer had 3 aces and 2 kills. Savannah Fields had 3 aces and 2 kills.
