Governor Sanders Attends UP.Summit
BENTONVILLE, Ark. – Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders attended and delivered remarks at the UP.Summit, hosted by UP Partners, in Bentonville on Monday, September 29th and Tuesday, September 30th.  Founded in 2017, the UP.Summit is a gathering of some of the greatest visionary leaders in technology, business, aerospace and beyond. Co-hosted by Tom and Steuart Walton and Ross Perot, Jr., the summit focuses on advancing innovations in mobility, including autonomous vehicles, drones, electric and flying cars, and space technology.  Aerospace and defense is Arkansas’ largest export industry, and under Governor Sanders’ leadership, the state has cut taxes three times - lowering the income tax by 20% in just under three years - invested in education, and grown its workforce to help attract major players across all industries. Arkansas was recently named the number one state in the country for inbound movers, number one for lowest cost of living, and top five for economic growth nationwide.
