FAYETTEVILLE - University of Arkansas sixth-year super senior linebacker Grant Morgan of Greenwood has been named one of 13 semifinalists for William V. Campbell Trophy, it was announced Wednesday.

The Campbell Trophy is considered college football’s academic equivalent of the Heisman Trophy.

Already not only a UA graduate in kinesiology and four times on the SEC Academic Honor Roll completing a UA masters in operations management with eventual plans for medical school,  Morgan on the field was a 2020 second-team All-American posting 111 tackles.

This season Morgan has made 60 tackles for the 5-3 Razorbacks.
