On behalf of the Men and Women of the Hempstead County Sheriff's Office we wish to extend our sincere condolences to the Jeff Neel family, and the Arkansas Game and Fish Wildlife Enforcement Division on the loss of our friend and colleague. 

Jeff was a true public servant, having known and worked with him over the past 30 years Jeff was a person of integrity and a servant's heart. 

With time our tears will heal and we will find comfort in your memories and life is going to move on but your absence will always be felt by all. 

It has been an Honor to know and work with you thank you for your service to our Country, State and Community. Till we meet again.
