Last seen on July 12, 2023 at Approximately 5:00pm, fleeing from a vehicle on Richmond Road  Texarkana, Texas 

A Circuit Court Warrant has been issued for the arrest of Thomas for the reported rape of a 12-year-old female in Hempstead County, Arkansas. Thomas has been entered into ACIC/NCIC as a Wanted Person.  The Hempstead County Sheriff’s office will extradite Na�onwide.
