On Wednesday, Aug 2, Hempstead County Farm Bureau celebrated National Watermelon Day by serving ice cold watermelons to the employees of Arkansas Farm Bureau Federation and their Insurance Companies.

Over 200 watermelons were provided so each employee would be able to take one home as well.  It was a great day of promoting our town, our upcoming Watermelon Festival , and our world famous, delicious watermelons.
