Hempstead County Historical Meeting to be Held Tuesday, February 25, 2025
Did you know that this year Hope, Arkansas has been in existence for 150 years? The Hope Star was the community newspaper for the majority of the town’s existence. Every day for the next twelve months, the Hempstead County Historical Society is posting articles on its Facebook page from the local newspaper over the years to celebrate the towns 150 years. Come learn about some of the articles from Hope’s past.

The Hempstead County Historical Society will meet on Tuesday evening February 25, 2025 at the Tailgaters Burger Company Annex Room in Hope, Arkansas at 7pm. The room is located at 101 South Main Street. Everyone is welcome.

The Historical Society seeks to bring awareness to the rich heritage and history of Hempstead County. Come and share your history with us.
