2021 Budget

Ordinance 2021-18 an appropriation ordinance to establish a one time pay increase, to amend the annual operating budgets for the calendar year 2021. To transfer funds, to make additional appropriations, and for other purpose.

Ordinance 2021-19 an ordinance to levy taxes (real and personal) for County General, County Road, County Library, all School Districts, and all Municipalities.

Resolution 2021-5 a resolution of the quorum court of Hempstead County, Arkansas, supporting the establishment of an income tax credit for fulltime law enforcement officers in the state of Arkansas
