Hempstead County Road 8 at the junction of 57 starting Monday, January 15, 2024 will be closed for road repair.  The road repair could take up to a week or longer depending on the weather.  Please take alternate routes if possible  and exercise extreme caution in construction zones at all times.  Hempstead County appreciates your cooperation and patience during the road repair.
