Per Judge Crane, effective Monday, August 30, 2021, Hempstead County Road Department will be working to repair roads throughout the County. These projects could  take approximately 2 - 3 weeks or longer as weather permits.   
The County Roads are as follows: 12, 29N, 27N, 16, 18, 5, 7, & 37.
Please be advised that through the day the roads will be closed from 30 mins. up to an hour.  Please use caution in the areas the Road Crew is working.  If there is an alternate route you may want to use it.
