Around 11:40 am this morning, Hempstead County Sheriff deputies were in route with lights and sirens to a domestic in progress when a Hempstead County unit was struck at the intersection of Bill Clinton Bypass and Highway 67 E. The unit was hit by a black Nissan, spun around in traffic lanes and then stuck a silver Pontiac that was in front of Neighbors Store.
Arkansas State Police, Hope Police Department and Hope Fire Department were there to assist.
No word on injuries at this time.
