The Hempstead County Courthouse will be closed on Friday, March 29, 2024, for Spring Break Day.

The Hempstead County Road and Waste Department will be closed on Monday, April 1, 2024, for Spring Break Day.

Trash collection for Monday, April 1, 2024, and Tuesday, April 2, 2024, will be postponed to Tuesday, April 2, 2024. Please ensure your trash is ready for collection by 7:00 AM.
