Pictured are members of the Hope Civitan Club as they recently presented gifts to ROC Special Education Instructors Carol Scott and Michelle Bowlin. As part of their January project, members of the Civitan club honored the area Special Education teachers to show their appreciation. Civitan Clubs worldwide focus on persons with developmental disabilities and the Hope Club annually honors teachers who are certified in Special Education for their work with students with various abilities.
