Hope ConneXion was named Nonprofit of the Year by the Hope-Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce at tonight's annual meeting and banquet. The Hope ConneXion is a faith-based organization which provides to any and all citizens support in the form of an outreach center, learning center, jail chaplaincy, addiction recovery support, the Blessin' Boxes around town, a community garden, and more.
