The Hope-Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the 2nd Annual Watermelon Walk Window Decorating Contest.  This contest will be open to all members of the community.  Chamber representative, Angelica Manzanares stated, “We are excited to hold the Watermelon Festival Window Walk decorating contest again this year.  It is always great to see the community’s watermelon spirit this time of year.”  This year’s festival theme is A Seed Spitting Good Time.  There will be awards for Most Creative, Best Use of Theme, and Best Overall.  To register call or email the Chamber at (870)777-3640 or hopemelonfest.com.
