Hope-Hempstead County Chamber to Celebrate Chamber of Commerce Week
October 7, 2024, Hope, Arkansas — The Hope-Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce will proudly join other chambers across the state of Arkansas in celebrating Chamber of Commerce Week from October 13th to 19th. This special week has been officially proclaimed by Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders in recognition of the vital role chambers play in supporting local businesses and fostering community development.

Locally, Mayor Don Still will issue a proclamation declaring October 13th through 19th as Chamber of Commerce Week in Hope, Arkansas.

“We have a full week planned, including the Chamber Week Proclamation, special Facebook posts, and a community coffee hosted by the Ambassadors. We certainly appreciate our community supporting the local chamber—our Chamber members are the reason we celebrate,” said Christy Burns, Executive Director of the Hope-Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce.

To mark the occasion, the Chamber Ambassadors will host a fall-themed Community Coffee on Wednesday, October 16th, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Chamber office. The community is invited to join in the celebration. This date also coincides with National Support Your Local Chamber of Commerce Day, making it a perfect opportunity to show appreciation for local businesses and organizations.

For more information about the Chamber, how to become a member, or how to join the Ambassadors, please contact the Chamber at (870) 777-3640 or via email at [email protected].
