Many local offices and services will be closed or out of operation Monday, February 17 in observance of Presidents Day

Hempstead County
Hempstead County Courthouse, Road and Waste Department will be closed Monday, February 17, 2020 for President's Day and will resume regular working hours Tuesday, February 18, 2020.

Trash pick up for Monday, February 17, 2020 and Tuesday, February 18, 2020 will be picked up Tuesday, February 18, 2020.  Please remember to have your trash out by 7:00 AM.

Hope
The City of Hope offices, including City Hall, Public Works, Landfill and Park offices will be closed on Monday, February 17 in observance of Presidents Day.

Residential trash collection for City of Hope residents will change as follows:

Monday's normal route will be collected on Tuesday, February 18 and Tuesday's normal route will be collected on Wednesday, February 19.  There will be no rubbish or limb pickup for the week.

Hope Water & Light
HWL will be closed for President’s Day on Monday, February 17, 2020. If there is a water or electric emergency please call 870-777-3000.  If you need to make a payment, you can use the kiosk located inside the first double doors, mail your payment to P.O. Box 2020, Hope, AR 71802,  pay through SmartHub with one of your electronic devices or you can call 870-777-3000 to pay over the telephone.
