The Hope Lions Club met today to discuss their upcoming annual Christmas auction. Members will be distributing cards to local businesses in Hempstead and Nevada Counties in hopes of raising money to give back to the residents within each community.

The Christmas Auction is set to take place the weekend of December 3rd-5th.

Last year the Lions Club Christmas Auction raised $35,000 in funds to help the less fortunate during the Christmas season.
