The Hope Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance locating Shirley Harris. Harris  is 43 years old and resides at Horizons of Hope. Harris left the facility on Tuesday, February  27th, 2024 at about 8:30pm and was last seen near Powell’s Grocery in Hope.  

There is no clothing description for Ms. Harris, but she is 5’4’’ tall and weighs approximately 145 pounds. Ms. Harris suffers from diminished mental capacity. If you have any information regarding the whereabouts of Shirley Harris, please call Det. Eric Green at 870-722-2563.
