On Monday, March 10th, 2025, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Quantieairra  Johnson, 26 and Ernest Jones, 28, both of Stamps, AR. Ms. Johnson was charged with two  counts of Lottery Fraud. Mr. Jones was charged with one count of Lottery Fraud. Both subjects  were transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held pending a first court  appearance.
