Hope Tennis Wins 5 Matches against DeQueen

Hope Tennis Lady Cats Tennis Bobcats Tennis

DeQueen- The Hope Tennis team hit the road to DeQueen Thursday for a match with the Leopards. 5 total Singles matches (2 Girls & 3 Boys) and 5 Doubles matches (3 Girls & 2 Boys). If you have been keeping up with the Lady Cat and Bobcat Tennis teams, you would know how well they have started the year off and they continued to add to their win total yesterday. In the Girls matches: Monica Bobo continues to dominate on the court as she won her match 6-0, Amber Cisneros lost a very close match 5-7. While in the Doubles events’ the Bobcats swept the Leopards 3 matches to none, as Kennedy Phillips and Madison Phillips won their match 6-2, Priscila Moreno and Grace Trauger won their match 6-2 as well. Lydia Bobo and Jessica Mendoza won 8-2.

On the Boys side of the action, Riley Bramlett earned a very impressive 6-2 win, Charles Ford dropped a tough match 2-6, and James Artis lost to a tough opponent 3-6. Erick Salazar and Riley Bramlett dropped the first doubles match of the day 1-6, while Ty Clayton and Kylen Bittle lost a tough match 2-6. The Hope Tennis Squad is back in action Monday at home as they host Fountain Lake in a make-up match. Come out Monday and support the Lady Cat and Bobcat Tennis Team!!
