Cornhole Tournament winners Beebo and Sparky from Delight

Hope Train Day was full of fun events and activities today. One of the most anticipated, though, was the Cornhole Tournament, and it wasn’t just the locals having a blast. Competitors from all over (Texarkana, Arkadelphia, Delight, to name a few) traveled to Hope to take part and join area citizens in the festivities. After two hours of play, the ten competing teams were narrowed down to the following winners:

• 1st place - Beebo S. and Sparky

• 2nd place - Saltdogg and Buddy R.

• 3rd place - Big Mike and Tater Hyde

First place winners, Beebo and Sparky, traveled from Delight and said they really enjoyed the tourney at Hope Train Day and look forward to coming back to the area.
