Hope Vice Mayor Kiffinea Talley gathered with the Hope-Hempstead Chamber Board on Monday morning at the Chamber Office to read a proclamation declaring Oct. 18-22 Chamber of Commerce Week to acknowledge the service that the Chamber provides to businesses and families within Hempstead County.
