Hope Water & Light is making a change to its night payment venue.  The night deposit has been removed and a payment kiosk is being installed.  The Kiosk is scheduled to be functioning properly on Tuesday, January 7th.  It will be fully functional.

The new payment kiosk will process all types of payment options such as cash, credit or debit cards and checks.  Customers will be able to do the same transactions at the kiosk that they currently are able to perform at the window, over the telephone, or by using a computer or other smart devices.

The old drop box will no longer be available for everyday use.  In the meantime, we encourage you to mail your payments to P.O. Box 2020, Hope, AR 71802 or call 870-777-3000 to make a payment over the telephone or use one of your smart devices as options for your payment.
