Acorn- The Blevins Hornets are at the Acorn Classic this weekend and their opening matchup with Cossatot River may have started out close, but it ended with a running clock. The Hornets cranked up the defense and poured in seven of 3's on their way to a 4-0 start on the young season. 

Rilee Faulkner lit up the scoreboard for 25 points, inlcuding five 3-pointers. Xavier Bazzelle had 15 points, 3 assists, and 3 rebounds. Sean Rohan poured in 10 points. Javier Gomez had 7 points and played great on defense with 3 steals. Paul Antley finished the game with 5 points and 3 rebounds, with Jaxon Hinton adding 4 points. Jemiyan McMorris and Jackson Bonner each scored 2 points and had 2 rebounds. 

Blevins is back on the hardwood Saturday night as they play Acorn.
