Hornets Take Down Lions 75-43, Advance to Finals
Blevins- After a week off from games, a slow start for the Hornets saw them trailing 18-11 after the opening quarter, but Blevins turned it on the next two quarters and ran away from Mt. Ida 75-43 to advance to the finals.

"Feels good to get our first postseason win of the year, hopefully a start to more wins, we had a bad start early, but we fought through it, and got the win," Coach Ethan Dixon spoke on overcoming a slow start and advancing.

Rilee Faulkner led all scorers with 20 points, as he did a good job scoring from all three levels on the floor Thursday night. Faulkner added 9 rebounds, 4 assists, and 3 blocks. Faulkner spoke after the game, "We had to keep on driving, we took some quick shots early, but we started playing inside out and it and we got going." Jaxon Hinton poured in 18 points and had 8 boards. Javi Gomez hit some big shots and scored 14 and had 4 assists. Xavier Bazzelle and Jemiyan McMorris each had 8 points.
