The Lions came out in the third quarter and outscored the Hornets 19-14, leaving Blevins clinging to a 53-40 lead. In the fourth quarter it was all Hornets, as they slammed the door on any chance of a Lions comeback, outscoring Mount Ida 25-15 in the final quarter to clinch a big road win. 

Four Hornets were in double-figures, as Charles Hatchett led the way with 24 points. Rilee Faulkner poured in six 3-pointers as he finished the game with 20 points. Dee Page scored 18 and Xavier Bazzelle added 10 points, as the Blevins offense was firing on all cylinders. Javier Gomez added 7 points and Sean Rohan scored 4. 

The Hornets are back in action on Friday as they head to Oden for another conference game.
