All Information Provided By The Hope Police Department

On June 16, 2020, at approximately 4:30pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested a juvenile male of Hope, Arkansas and charged him with commercial burglary. The arrest occurred in the 300 block of South Washington, in Hope.  The juvenile was released to his parent pending a juvenile court appearance.

On June 18, 2020, at approximately 12 pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Duboise Rhone, 27, of Prescott, Arkansas and charged him with residential burglary and theft of property. The arrest occurred in the 400 block of South Washington Street, in Hope. Rhone was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

On June 23, 2020 at approximately 4:30 pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Eltia Willis, 52, of Hope, Arkansas and charged him with two counts of breaking or entering and theft of property. The arrest occurred in the 700 block of South Spruce Street, in Hope. Willis was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

On June 23, 2020 at approximately 6:30 pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Lijiah Smith, 41, of Hope, Arkansas and charged him with breaking or entering and theft of property. The arrest occurred in the 2200 block of North Hervey Street, in Hope. Smith was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

Mr. Washington was arrested and charged with domestic battery in the 3rd degree.

Duboise Rhone, 27, of Prescott, AR
Mr. Rhone was arrested and charged with residential burglary, and theft of property.

Treasure Bishop, 27, of Hope, AR
Ms. Bishop was arrested and charged with domestic battery in the 3rd degree.

4:44pm in the 300 block of E. Greenwood
Henry Wiseman, 59, of Hope, AR
Mr. Wiseman was arrested and charged with public intoxication drinking in public.

Ms. Dominguez was arrested and charged for with residential burglary.
