All Information Provided By The Hope Police Department

On April 18, 2021 at approximately 10:20pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Nakia Pugh., 46, of Hope, AR and charged him with domestic battery in the 2nd degree.  The arrest occurred in the 1100 block of Greenwood Street in Hope, AR. Pugh was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

8:16pm in the 1100 block of S. 2nd
Benjamin Valdez, 24, of Hope, AR
Mr. Valdez was arrested and charged with false imprisonment in the 2nd degree and assault on family/household member in the 3rd degree.

10:01pm in the 500 block of W. Pond
Emmanuel Ballinger, 33, of Emmet, AR
Mr. Ballinger was arrested and charged with public intoxication and possession of drinking in public.

5:10am in the 1400 block of N. Walker
Cameron Rhodes, 19, of Hope, AR
Mr. Rhodes was arrested and charged with noise abatement and public intoxication.

10:20pm in the 1100 block of Greenwood
Nakia Pugh, 46, of Hope, AR
Mr. Pugh was arrested and charged with domestic battery in the 2nd degree.
