MEDIA RELEASE for Felony Arrests
On August 31st, 2023, at approximately 8:00am, detectives with the Hope Police Department arrested Byreasia Gulley, 20 of Hope, AR. The arrest occurred in the 300 block of South Washington Street. Ms. Gulley was charged with Theft of Property and held at the Hempstead County Detention Facility pending a first court appearance. On September 1st, 2023 at approximately 1:19am, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Larry Morris Jr, 44 of Hope, AR. The arrest occurred in the 900 block of South Grady
Street. Mr. Morris was charged with Domestic Battery 3rd Degree and Terroristic Threatening 1st Degree and held at the Hempstead County Detention Facility pending a first court appearance.
On September 2nd, 2023 at approximately 6:54pm, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Danny Robinson, 49 of Hope, AR. The arrest occurred in the 1600 block of West 5th Street. Mr. Robinson was charged with Residential Burglary and held at the Hempstead County Detention Facility pending a first court appearance.
