ARRESTS:
On January 31 2022 at approximately 7:20pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Kolonda Sorrells, 43, of Prescott, AR. She was charged with robbery, battery in the 2nd degree, false imprisonment in the 2nd degree, interference with emergency communications in the 1st degree and engaging in violent criminal group activity. The arrest occurred in the 200 block of East 3rd Street in Hope, AR. Sorrells was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
On February 1, 2022 at approximately 12:19am, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Lawrence Blanchett, 45, of Hope, AR. He was charged with stalking, violation of protection order, and terroristic threatening in the 2nd degree. The arrest occurred in the 500 block of North Walker Street in Hope, AR. Blanchett was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
On February 3, 2022 at approximately 4:40pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Toneika Stuckey, 34, of Washington, AR. She was charged with theft of property, computer fraud, fraudulent use of credit or debit card, and fraudulent practices controlled substance. The arrest occurred in the 300 block of South Washington Street in Hope, AR. Stuckey was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
On February 3, 2022 at approximately 6:00pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Cindy Gray, 49, of Washington, AR. She was charged with theft of property by employee embezzlement. The arrest occurred in the 300 block of South Washington Street in Hope, AR. Gray was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
On February 3, 2022 at approximately 7:02am, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Clinton Fifer, 41, of Hope, AR. He was charged with aggravated assault on a family member. The arrest occurred in the 1500 block of South Main Street in Hope, AR. Fifer was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
On February 4, 2022 at approximately 9:23pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Meghan Quinn, 31, of Hope, AR. She was charged with domestic battery in the 2nd degree. The arrest occurred in the 1500 block of West 6th Street in Hope, AR. Quinn was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
On February 5, 2022 at approximately 11:59pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Rueven White, 47, of Hope, AR. He was charged with domestic battery in the 2nd degree, aggravated assault on family member, and fleeing on foot. The arrest occurred in the 2600 block of North Hazel Street in Hope, AR. White was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
On February 6, 2022 at approximately 4:50pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Ricky Stuart, 45, of Hope, AR. He was charged with possession of controlled substance methamphetamine, and served a failure to appear warrant. The arrest occurred in the 500 block of East 3rd Street in Hope, AR. Stuart was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

Ms. Dudley was arrested and charged with public intoxication drinking in public.

Mr. White was arrested and charged with domestic battery in the 2nd degree, aggravated assault on a family member, and fleeing on foot.

Jolene Nash, 42, of Hope, AR
Ms. Nash was arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of minor in the 2nd degree, careless and prohibited driving, no drivers license, driving left of center, refusal to submit to BAC, and driving while intoxicated.

Ms. Harris was arrested and charged with battery in the 3rd degree, and served a failure to appear warrant.

Ricky Stuart, 45, of Hope, AR
Mr. Stuart was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance methamphetamine, and served a failure to appear warrant.
