All Information Provided By The Hope Police Department

On July 21, 2021 at approximately 9:40am, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Antonio Gulley, 23, of Hope, AR and charged him with forgery in the 2nd degree and theft of property.  The arrest occurred in the 300 block of South Washington St. in Hope, AR. Gulley was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

Tuesday, July 20, 2021
7:09am in the 1300 block of S. Main
Kevin Marshall Jr., 23, of Hope, AR
Mr. Marshall was arrested and charged with fleeing on foot and served a foreign warrant service.

Wednesday, July 21, 2021
9:40am in the 300 block of S. Washington
Antonio Gulley, 23, of Hope, AR
Mr. Gulley was arrested and charged with forgery in the 2nd degree and theft of property.

Thursday, July 22, 2021
1:47am in the 1300 block of E. 3rd St.
Tommy Manigo Jr., 44, of Hope, AR
Lakeesha Lee, 41, of Hope, AR
Mr. Manigo and Ms. Lee were each arrested and charged with assault on family/household member in the 3rd degree.

9:15am in the 700 block of Ave. B
Luz Alvarenga, 18, of Hope, AR
Ms. Alvarenga was arrested and charged with domestic battery in the 3rd degree.
