Charlotte Williams, 53, of Hope, AR

Ms. Williams was arrested and charged with aggravated assault.

On June 16, 2022 at approximately 2:30pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Charlotte Williams, 53, Hope, AR. Ms. Williams was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. The arrest occurred in the 500 block of South Laurel in Hope, AR. Williams was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

Michael Lewis, 25, of Hope, AR

Mr. Lewis was arrested and charged with domestic battery in the 3rd degree and served a failure to appear warrant.

Ray Phillips Jr., 19, of Hope, AR

Mr. Phillips was arrested and charged with rape.

On June 17, 2022 at approximately 12:15pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Ray Phillips Jr., 19, Hope, AR. Mr. Phillips was arrested and charged with rape. The arrest occurred in the 1500 block of West 5th in Hope, AR. Phillips was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

Ms. Haynie was arrested and charged with criminal mischief in the 1st degree.

Mr. Middleton was arrested and charged with 2 counts of domestic battery in the 3rd degree, criminal mischief in the 1st degree, and served and failure to appear warrant.

10:00pm in the 1600 block of N. Hervey

Zachary Ivers, 27, of Hope, AR
Mr. Ivers was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance- prescription drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, endangering the welfare of minor in the 2nd degree, driving while intoxicated, and driving left of center.

On June 19, 2022 at approximately 10:00pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Zachary Ivers, 27, Hope, AR. Mr. Ivers was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance- prescription drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, endangering the welfare of minor in the 2nd degree, driving while intoxicated, and driving left of center. The arrest occurred in the 1600 block of North Hervey in Hope, AR. Ivers was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
