All Information Provided By The Hope Police Department

On June 21, 2021 at approximately 11:30am, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Charlie Sanford, 33, of Prescott, AR and charged him with theft of property.  The arrest occurred in the 300 block of South Washington St. in Hope, AR. Sanford was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

On June 24, 2021 at approximately 6:23am, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Clinton Fifer, 40, of Hope, AR and charged him with aggravated assault on a family member.  The arrest occurred in the 1500 block of South Main St. in Hope, AR. Fifer was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

On June 24, 2021 at approximately 10:15am, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Bobby Daniels, 39, of Magnolia, AR and charged him with criminal mischief in the first degree.  The arrest occurred in the 300 block of South Washington St. in Hope, AR. Daniels was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

On June 24, 2021 at approximately 1:12am, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Tessi Lucas, 39, of Hope, AR and charged her with possession of controlled substance methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.  The arrest occurred in the 1400 block of North Hervey St. in Hope, AR. Lucas was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

On June 28, 2021 at approximately 12:36am, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Miranda White, 41, of Dallas, TX and charged her with possession of controlled substance heroin, possession of controlled substance methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.  The arrest occurred in the 1600 block of North Hervey St. in Hope, AR. White was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

Mr. Manigo was arrested and charged with terroristic threatening in the 2nd degree.

12:30am in the 800 block of E. 2nd
Cortavious Rhodes, 21, of Hope, AR
Cameron Rhodes, 19, of Hope, AR
Mr. Cortavious Rhodes was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication. Mr. Cameron Rhodes was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, public intoxication and served a failure to appear warrant.

Ms. Lucas was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
