All Information Provided By The Hope Police Department

ARRESTS:

On October 4, 2021 at approximately 6:19pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Haret Castellon, 23, of Hope, AR and charged him with battery in the 2nd degree, driving while intoxicated, and driving on suspended driver’s license.  The arrest occurred in the 2000 block of West Avenue E in Hope, AR. Castellon was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

On October 5, 2021 at approximately 1:30pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested James Talley, 33, of Waldo, AR and charged him with rape, and sexual assault in the 2nd degree.  The arrest occurred in the 300 block of South Washington Street in Hope, AR. Talley was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

On October 10, 2021 at approximately 3:16am, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Kharie Anderson, 27, of Hope, AR and charged him with terroristic act, battery in the 3rd degree, and served a foreign warrant service.  The arrest occurred in the 14500 block of North Hervey Street in Hope, AR. Anderson was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

Haret Castellon, 23, of Hope, AR
Mr. Castellon was arrested and charged with battery in the 2nd degree, driving while intoxicated, and driving on suspended drivers license.

1:30pm in the 300 block of S. Washington
James Talley, 33, of Waldo, AR
Mr. Talley was arrested and charged with rape and sexual assault in the 2nd degree.

11:47pm in the 1900 block of Spring Hill Road
Luis Del Rio, 21, of Hope, AR
Mr. Del Rio was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated- drugs, possession of controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Saturday, October 9, 2021
7:00pm in the 200 block of McCrae
Orfa Salazar, 34, of Hope, AR
Ms. Salazar was arrested and charged with driving on suspended drivers license, and served a failure to appear warrant and a foreign warrant service.

Sunday, October 10, 2021
2:00am in the 300 block of East 3rd
William White, 20, of Hope, AR
Mr. White was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, and speeding.

3:16am in the 1400 block of N. Hervey
Kharie Anderson, 27, of Hope, AR
Mr. Anderson was arrested and charged with terroristic act, batter in the 3rd degree, and served a foreign warrant service.

6:47pm in the 1100 block of East 2nd Street
Corey Beavers, 39, of Texarkana, TX
Mr. Beavers was arrested and charged with criminal trespass, public intoxication, and fleeing on foot.
