On September 21, 2021 at approximately 9:00am, officers of the Hope Police Department  arrested a male juvenile of Hope, AR and charged him with possession of handgun by minor or  possession on school property. The arrest occurred in the 1700 block of South Main Street in Hope, AR. The juvenile was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a  first appearance.  

On September 23, 2021 at approximately 7:55pm, officers of the Hope Police Department  arrested Dylan Hinson, 36, of Hope, AR and charged him with aggravated cruelty to a  dog/cat/horse. The arrest occurred in the 700 block of West 16th Street in Hope, AR. Hinson was  taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.  

On September 24, 2021 at approximately 10:00am, officers of the Hope Police Department  arrested Timothy Martin, 33, of Lewisville, AR and charged him with failure to register as sex  offender. The arrest occurred in the 300 block of South Washington St. in Hope, AR. Martin  were taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

On September 25, 2021 at approximately 6:45am, officers of the Hope Police Department  arrested BB Burton, 55, of Lewisville, AR and charged him with failure to register as sex  offender. The arrest occurred in the 300 block of South Washington St. in Hope, AR. Burton  were taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance. 

On September 26, 2021 at approximately 3:20am, officers of the Hope Police Department  arrested Jamie Kelly, 35, of Hope, AR and charged her with possession of controlled substance  marijuana, possession of controlled substance methamphetamine, and possession of drug  paraphernalia. The arrest occurred in the 1600 block of South Summit St. in Hope, AR. Kelly was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

On September 27, 2021 at approximately 12:45am, officers of the Hope Police Department  arrested Nadiyah Sauls, 21, of Hope, AR, and charged her with criminal mischief in the 1st degree, driving while intoxicated, driving on suspended drivers license, failure to obey stop sign,  and served a failure to appear warrant. The arrest occurred in the 100 block of North Pine St. in Hope, AR. Sauls was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first  appearance.

Mario Lard, 32, of Hope, AR 

Mr. Lard was arrested and charged with domestic battery in the 3rd degree. 

September 21, 2021

The male juvenile was arrested and charged with possession of handgun by minor or possession  on school property. 

September 22, 2021 

12:24am in the 200 block of N. Hervey 

Jonathan Crossno, 32, of Hope, AR 

Mr. Crossno was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated.  

September 23, 2021 

7:55pm in the 700 block of W. 16th 

Dylan Hinson, 36, of Hope, AR 

Mr. Hinson was arrested and charged with aggravated cruelty to a dog, cat, horse.  

September 24, 2021 

10:00am in the 300 block of S. Washington

Mr. Martin was arrested and charged with failure to register as sex offender.  

9:10pm in the 2000 block of S. Main 

William Pinney, 69, of Hope, AR 

Mr. Pinney was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.  

September 25, 2021 

3:50am in the 1400 block of N. Hervey 

Laquan Haynes, 22, of Hope, AR 

Mr. Haynes was arrested and charged with 2 counts of fleeing on foot, and driving on suspended  drivers license.  

6:45am in the 300 block of S. Washington 

BB Burton, 55, of Lewisville, AR 

Mr. Burton was arrested and charged with failure to register as a sex offender.  

September 26, 2021
