On September 28, 2021 at approximately 5:15pm, officers of the Hope Police Department
charged 5 male juveniles of Hope, AR with commercial burglary and theft of property each. The
incident occurred in the 1300 block of Lakeshore Drive in Hope, AR.

On September 29, 2021 at approximately 5:45am, officers of the Hope Police Department
arrested Edmond Hayes, 40, of Hope, AR and charged him with aggravated assault and domestic
battery in the 2nd degree. The arrest occurred in the 500 block of East Dairy Street in Hope, AR.
Hayes was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

Mr. Hayes was arrested and charged with domestic battery in the 2nd degree and aggravated
assault.

10:52am in the 800 block of W. Ave. B
William Pinney, 69, of Hope, AR
Mr. Pinney was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Monday, October 4, 2021
12:26am in the 2000 block of S. Main
Braylon Eslick, 19, of Prescott, AR
Mr. Eslick was arrested and charged with minor in possession of alcohol.
