On Friday, November 17th, 2023, at approximately 2:45pm, Officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Adam Hughes, 46 of Hope, AR. Mr. Hughes was arrested in the 700 block of West 5th Street and charged with Failure to Register as Sex Offender. Mr. Hughes was taken the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first court appearance.
