On Wednesday, November 29th, 2023, at approximately 2:05pm, Officers with the Hope Police  Department arrested Shauntonio Frierson, 43 of Hope, AR. Mr. Frierson was arrested in the 500  block of North Walker Street and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent  to Deliver. Mr. Frierson was taken the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first court appearance.

On Friday, December 1st, 2023 at approximately 9:00am, officers with the Hope Police  Department arrested Alyssa B. Murphy, 35 of Hope, AR. Mrs. Murphy was arrested in the 300  block of South Washington Street and charged with Theft of Property. Mrs. Murphy was taken  the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first court appearance.
