On September 14th, 2023, at approximately 12:28am, Officers with the Hope Police Department  arrested William Love, 50, of Hope, AR. Mr. Love was arrested in the 700 block of South  Spruce Street and charged with Aggravated Assault on a Family Member and Domestic Battery  3rd Degree. Mr. Love was taken the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first  court appearance.
