Arrests & Charges:

Wednesday, February 19
Stephanie Finlay, 24, of Hope, AR, was arrested and charged with theft of property and computer fraud.  The arrest occurred around 11:15 a.m. in the 300 block of South Washington Street, in Hope. Finlay was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

Thursday, February 20
Themla Levingston, 63, of Fulton, AR, was arrested around 0:47 p.m. in the 1100 block of E. Beech St.  and charged with driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit BAC, unauthorized use of a vehicle and driving on suspended driver’s license for DWI.

Jerry Clayton, 23, of Hope, AR, was arrested at 9:40 p.m. in the 500 block of N. Hervey and charged with driving while intoxicated-drugs.


Cedric Rhodes, 39, of Hope, AR, was arrested at 7:32 p.m. in the 1400 block of N. Walker and served a foreign warrant service.
